Booking fees or deposits are non-refundable.  However, we will make every effort to apply your payment to a future retreat!  If for any reason EagleFlight Ministries cancels a retreat, we will provide you with a full refund.

EagleFlight Ministries does not sell alcohol as part of its men's retreats or other events.  Alcohol is not provided as a part of the cost of the event.

In exchange for your retreat payment, EagleFlight Ministries will provide 3 nights lodging, 8 meals, recreational activities, and, most importantly, the opportunity to worship, share, and fellowship with other believers around the person of Jesus.
