Rivergate Men’s Retreat has been explained this way - “We gather in the morning.  We play in the afternoon.  We gather in the evening.  Pretty laid back.  The agenda?  To be together . . . with.”  Jesus is calling us aside to be with Him, along with others, to be refreshed and encouraged.
